Pretty much everyone I know keeps their phone on their nightstand. The thought of deliberately leaving my iPhone in the kitchen all night is daunting. Would you try it?
I can't recall where I read this helpful piece of parenting advice but it rings true for me with every promise-filled-turned-chaotic morning. You have to move to the rhythm of the days.

Now that I've had four months of "sleeping in", I am ready to take back my mornings. My 30 day challenge to myself isn't really to do anything but beat my girls out of bed and have a sliver of time to myself.
